"According to Manetho, Menes reigned 62 years and was killed by a hippopotamus."--- From the Wikipedia aritcle on Menes, the Egyptian Pharoh who is commonly assumed to have been the one to unify the kingdoms of the upper and lower Nile.
One question the reporter failed to ask the grieving relatives: Just what part of "asymmetric loss function" did Pharoh Menes fail to understand.
The same article also notes "Other spellings for Menes are Hor Aka, Hor-Aka and Hor Aha; Hor-Aka."
I don't know who is keeping score here, but spellingwise this must be some kind of record.
