Registration

Please register for the meeting at your earliest convenient time. We do require all the participants to pay a $300 fee ($150 for students) to cover part of the daily costs. We are providing all the daily breakfasts, lunches, dinners, banquets and refreshments during the breaks.

The registration deadline is April 30, 2009. The fee will be increased to $400 after that.

Note:

1) Regular participants, especially speakers, who will need local support contact Linda Zhao for registration.

2) For students:

Students who are going to present posters and who need support we will cover for the local cost. Please reserve a room in Harrison House.  Students who wish to be supported should apply in writing to Linda Zhao with a title of the poster. The preferred poster format is to fit a vertical poster board of size 40" x 60" (100 cm by 152 cm).
