I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at the Wharton School, with a secondary appointment in the Department of Mathematics, at the University of Pennsylvania. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Statistics at Stanford University in 2016, under the supervision of Persi Diaconis. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor and Master degrees in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.

Research Interests

  • Nonparametric Statistics: Distribution-free inference, nearest-neighbor methods, inference on networks, testing discrete distributions.

  • Combinatorial Probability: Counting problems in random graphs, random colorings, graph and permutation limit theories.

  • Discrete and Computational Geometry: Facility location, Voronoi games, Erdős-Szekeres and geometric Ramsey problems.
