General Academic Processes and Procedures:

For information about grading, homework, midterm, and final, please see the official syllabus. Also see the Provost's Rules concerning Final Exams. The time and place of our final exam are determined by the university exam schedule.

Please be keenly away of the policies of the University of Pennsylvania on Academic Integrity.

Your homework is expected to be your individual work. If you have made a serious effort on a problem and you are still stuck, you can get help from our TA. You can also discuss problems with other students, but please do not abuse this flexibility. One of the ways that students can get in trouble is to forget that it is MUCH easier for two people to solve a problem than for one person to solve a problem. Systematically doing your homework with a partner is a recipe for a big disappointment when the final comes around.
