If S-Plus is not installed follow these steps to install from CD:

• A menu to install S-Plus should pop up when the S-Plus 8.0.4 disk is inserted in the drive.
• Select the first option to “Install/ Configure S-Plus on your system”
• Navigate through the installation wizard by selecting “Next” to all the options – change any options if necessary.
• When the installation is complete, a prompt to enter the LAC will appear, enter:  ST-5611-391220; Do not select any of the “Proxy settings”.
• This should complete the installation process.
• Do not close the main setup menu till the Finmetrics installation is complete.

For Finmetrics:

• From the main setup menu select “Install S-Plus Modules”
• Select S+FinMetrics on the next menu and click Ok.
• Navigate through the installation wizard by selecting “Next” to all the options – change any options if necessary.
• No LAC for FinMetrics should be necessary but if it is you can use this: MR-2583-82250
• Installation of both S-Plus and the FinMetrics module is now complete. Close out of all windows.

Alternative Finmetrics Installation if S-Plus was previously installed:

• A menu prompting S+FinMetrics installation should pop up when S+FinMetrics 3.0  disk is inserted in the drive.
• Select “Complete Install” and navigate through the installation wizard by selecting “Next” to all the options – change any options if necessary.
• No LAC for FinMetrics should be necessary but if it is you can use this: MR-2583-82250
• Installation of FinMetrics module is now complete. Close out of all windows.
