Save the help files for NeighBlock and NeighCoeff with filenames
NeighBlock and NeighCoeff, respectively. 

Move the files into a directory called .Help (in UNIX) or _Help (in Windows) 
under the directory containing the SPLUS functions NeighBlock and 
NeighCoeff.
