This page provides access to the data which accompany the casebooks:
The data is available in two formats. Either as JMP files or as plain text (TXT). The TXT files are tab delimited with missing values denoted by "NA". Here is a link to a self extracting zip of all the TXT files, and here's a link to a self extracting zip of all the JMP files. And finally, for the sadistic professor, a self extracting zip of S-Plus 4.0 for Windows libraries; fswbbs and fswbaur.
